Fashion Influencer Laleska Alexandre Dies Suddenly at 28—Cause Revealed!

A fashion influencer has died at just 28 years old after suffering from septic shock.

Laleska Alexandre passed away on Wednesday due to complications from an ovarian infection.

The Brazilian social media personality died in Juazeiro do Norte, according to local news reports.

Alexandre had a tubo-ovarian abscess (TOA), a severe condition linked to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). The National Institutes of Health describes TOA as a serious infection that mainly affects young women.

Her cousin, Karízia Temóteo, told CNN Brasil that Alexandre went to the emergency room on Sunday with severe cramps.

Doctors transferred her to Cariri Regional Hospital for emergency surgery, but by then, her condition had already worsened.

A TOA is an inflamed mass in the fallopian tubes and ovaries, often filled with pus due to an infection. If the abscess ruptures, it can lead to sepsis, a life-threatening condition.

Symptoms of TOA include fever and severe abdominal pain. In Alexandre’s case, the infection progressed to septic shock.

Alexandre was the CEO of Agência Laleska Alexandre, a marketing agency, and also owned the clothing brands La Vestiaire and La Brand Brasil.

On Instagram, she had 26,000 followers and described herself as a digital creator.

Her wake was held on Thursday in Juazeiro do Norte, where family and friends gathered to say goodbye.

One of Alexandre’s close friends shared a heartfelt tribute online:

“I love you forever. I will always remember you as the sweet, hardworking girl who never gave up, no matter what.”

Another friend added, “So beautiful, always chasing her dreams. I will always love you, my friend.”

Fans also expressed their shock and sadness in the comments of her recent posts.

“I am in shock. What happened to her? How sad!” one follower wrote.

“May God comfort her family and friends. This is heartbreaking,” another said.

“She was so young. I can’t believe it,” someone else added.
