Barbra Streisand, with a career spanning over six decades and nearly thirty years of marriage to James Brolin, demonstrated that her beauty has endured the test of time.

In Portofino, Italy, on Sunday, during a romantic date with her devoted husband, the 75-year-old icon looked as youthful as ever. Carrying a bouquet of roses, the multiple Grammy Award winner stunned in a stylish black cold shoulder top.

Dressed entirely in black, the legendary singer opted for comfortable bottoms, adding a choker and layering up with a second pendant necklace for a touch of glamour.

With an up-do showcasing her age-defying beauty, Barbra swept her golden locks off her face, complemented by naturally hued makeup.

In the holiday spirit, James, donned in all black, folded flashy sunglasses on his casual tee. The couple, married in 1998, radiated newlywed bliss as they strolled hand-in-hand through the picturesque streets.

Reflecting on the early days of their romance, Barbra recounted their first meeting on a blind date at dinner in an interview with W magazine in November. She humorously shared, ‘I met him at a dinner and expected a bearded mountain-man type, and he had cut off all his hair and was clean-shaven.

I asked him, “Who screwed up your hair?” He later told me that’s when he fell in love with me. My fella likes to hear the truth, which is unusual.’

Despite not having children together, James has two offspring from previous marriages, while Barbra shares a son with her ex-husband Elliott Gould. The lovebirds continue to cherish their enduring relationship.

However, recent concerns arose when Barbra Streisand was spotted looking distressed at an L.A. hospital, leading to fears of a potential heart attack among friends.

The 77-year-old superstar, appearing ashen and frightened, underwent an examination of her leg at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in early June.

While it’s unclear what prompted the hospital visit, some speculated the possibility of a “deep vein thrombosis.”
