Elon Musk Goes Silent as Grimes Pleads for Help in Child’s Health Crisis!
Grimes and Elon Musk are in the news after the singer publicly asked him for help regarding one of their children.
On February 20, 2025, Grimes posted messages on X (formerly Twitter), saying Elon was ignoring her calls during a “medical crisis” involving their child. She later deleted the posts.
The singer wrote, “I’m sorry to do this publicly, but this situation can’t be ignored anymore.” She asked Elon to respond or assign someone else to communicate with her. She added, “I won’t share details, but if he doesn’t respond now, our child will suffer permanent harm. I have no choice but to pressure him publicly.”
Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, did not say which of their children needed help. She and Elon share three kids: sons X Æ A-Xii, 4, and Techno Mechanicus, 2, and daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, 3.
Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, did not respond to her post. Later, Grimes deleted her messages, saying there was no point if they weren’t reaching Elon and were only causing media attention.
This isn’t the first time Grimes and Elon have disagreed publicly. On February 11, 2025, Elon took their son X Æ A-Xii to the White House to meet President Donald Trump. They attended a media briefing about a new government department.
Elon wore a black coat and a “Make America Great Again” cap, while his son wore a beige coat and a gold chain. X Æ A-Xii seemed confident as he stood next to his father and even made Trump laugh by politely excusing himself to use the bathroom.
After seeing a post about this event, Grimes reacted with concern. She wrote, “He shouldn’t be in public like this. I didn’t know about this. Thank you for telling me. But I’m glad he was polite. Sigh.”
Many social media users supported Grimes. One wrote, “You need to be strong, girl. He’s your baby, not Elon’s pet.” Another said, “I wish he was with you and his siblings. I worry about his safety.”
Some people were frustrated with Elon, saying he was using their child as a “prop.” One person commented, “She’s right! He’s just a kid, not a political tool.” Others praised Grimes for standing up for her son’s privacy.
Grimes and Elon ended their relationship in 2022, and she has kept her distance from him since then. They welcomed their first child, X, in 2020, when Elon shared a picture of himself holding the newborn in a hospital blanket.
