With this new job at Fox News, Lara is returning to the media world to share her thoughts on important issues.
Lara became part of the Trump family in 2014 when she married Eric Trump, the son of Donald Trump and his first wife, Ivana Trump. Their wedding took place at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. The venue is special to the family, as Donald and Melania Trump also got married there in 2005.

Since then, Lara and Eric have built a life together and recently celebrated 10 years of marriage. They have two children—a son, Luke, born in 2017, and a daughter, Carolina, born in 2019.
The couple announced their first pregnancy in March 2017. Eric said they found out on his birthday. Lara later admitted pregnancy was harder than she expected. “Until the fatigue hit, I didn’t believe it would actually happen to me,” she said.
Lara always wanted children, but choosing a name was difficult. She and Eric liked the name Charlie—but they gave it to one of their dogs! In the end, they named their son Eric Luke Trump and call him Luke.
Eric shared the birth announcement on social media on September 12, 2017. “[Lara] and I are excited to announce the birth of our son, Eric ‘Luke’ Trump, at 8:50 this morning,” he wrote, along with a picture of the newborn.
In April 2019, Lara announced she was expecting their second child. Four months later, Carolina was born.
During her pregnancy, Lara talked about how their son, Luke, would react to having a baby sister. She said he was too busy playing soccer and racing toy trucks to care about it!
From politics to family life, Lara has balanced public and private life. Whether making headlines for her new Fox News show or enjoying motherhood, she remains an influential figure.
