Megan Fox Rejected a Rose, and the Truth Behind the Fan Will Break Your Heart!

The boy who was once called the saddest boy in the world is about to become the luckiest.

Megan Fox has apologized to a young fan she accidentally ignored at the London premiere of Transformers.

If you ever buy flowers for Megan Fox, it might be a good idea to skip the roses.

The 37-year-old actress once overlooked a sweet gesture from one of her young fans, who tried to give her a rose as a gift.

This happened in front of a group of photographers, who made sure to capture the whole moment.

When he was just 11 years old, Harvey Kindlon from London was one of the many fans who came to see Megan while she was in the UK promoting Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Megan played Mikaela Banes in the movie, the girlfriend of Shia LaBeouf’s character, Sam Witwicky. This role made her a global star.

Because of her fame, she often had people, especially young boys, hoping to win her attention wherever she went.

During her visit to London in June 2009, Harvey decided to take his shot.

Photos from that day show him trying hard to approach Megan as she was surrounded by security.

Harvey was clearly excited to give Megan his gift, holding the rose close to her face.

But despite his efforts, Megan didn’t seem to notice him. Instead, she kept walking, looking a bit annoyed.

These photos quickly went viral and gained attention around the world. People felt sorry for the young fan, who was nicknamed “Rose Boy” online.

At school, Harvey was teased by other kids about being ignored by Megan, and the story continued to spread.

At the time, Megan was 23 years old. She heard about the situation during a press event for Transformers.

She responded by giving a heartfelt public apology to Harvey.

She explained: “There were so many people everywhere. It was dark, and all I could see were camera flashes. People were yelling things, and I didn’t realize what was happening.

“It makes me so sad. I feel terrible for him. It breaks my heart.”

She added: “I’m so sorry, sweet boy. I would never do that to you on purpose. If I ever see you again, I’d be happy to take your rose.

“The paparazzi made it hard for you to reach me. I’m really embarrassed.”

The story then took an unexpected turn when Kodak stepped in.

The company announced a reward for anyone who could help find Harvey. They also offered $5,000 to help make his dream of meeting Megan come true.

Leslie Dance, Kodak’s Vice President of Worldwide Brand Marketing, told reporters:

“It’s amazing how a single photo can connect two strangers and change their lives.

“This boy clearly wanted to meet Megan Fox and give her that rose, and we’d love to make his dream come true.”

Thanks to the internet, Harvey was eventually found.

His cousin, Holly Bramley, later confirmed that Harvey would be traveling to New York to meet Megan in person.

The plan was for them to meet while Megan was in New York for a TV show appearance.

However, their meeting didn’t happen because the show was canceled after Michael Jackson’s sudden death.

Megan went back to Los Angeles, and Harvey missed his chance to meet her again.

Reports later said that the meeting had been poorly planned, with no clear date or time for Harvey to meet his idol.

Even so, Harvey enjoyed his moment of fame with an appearance on Good Morning America.

Interestingly, the rose he tried to give Megan wasn’t even his. It belonged to his cousin Cassie, who was also a fan of Megan. Cassie had found a yellow rose to give Megan as she walked by.

The saying “never meet your heroes” seems fitting for Harvey. After being let down twice, he might think twice before trying again.
