In 2017, Leah Rose and Ava Marie Clements celebrated their 7th birthday by starting an Instagram account. It quickly gained a huge number of followers who were amazed by their stunning beauty.

The Clements family faced criticism from people who thought it was wrong for Leah and Ava to start modeling so young.

Jaqi defended their choice, saying modeling was the girls’ dream, not something forced on them. She explained that she and her husband, Kevin, were not making money from their daughters but were actually spending money to support their dreams.

“I didn’t decide my girls should model – they wanted to,” Jaqi said. “If they ever want to stop, I will fully support them.”

A Lifeline
The twins’ Instagram account, which started as a way to share their modeling journey, became a lifeline for their family in 2019.

Their dad, Kevin, thought he had a mild cold, but he was diagnosed with a rare and serious cancer called T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma.

The family used social media to ask their followers for help finding a bone marrow donor for Kevin.

“If he gets a transplant, his cancer will go away faster,” Ava explained in 2019.

Leah added, “People are so kind to help my dad. The more people who get tested, the better.”

Thousands of people responded to the twins’ call for help. Although Kevin found a match with his brother Chris, many others joined a registry to help other patients in need.

Leah and Ava are now 14 and continue to model while staying connected with their fans. Their journey from local fame to global stardom shows their dedication, charm, and their family’s strong support.
