20-Year-Old Model Maria Kovalchuk Found Severely Injured on Dubai Roadside After Days Missing

After being missing for eight days, 20-year-old Ukrainian model Maria Kovalchuk was discovered near a Dubai roadside with severe injuries, including a broken spine. On March 9, Maria informed friends about attending a party; she was found days later in critical condition. ​

Maria underwent four surgeries and remains unable to speak. Her mother, who traveled from Norway, stated, “She is receiving medical treatment, and everything will be fine.” ​

Dubai Police suggest that Maria entered a restricted construction site and fell, leading to her injuries. However, her family suspects foul play, believing she was held captive and assaulted. Reports indicate she was last seen with two men posing as modeling agents.
