When Sami Sheen, the daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, showcased her new nose following her August 2024 surgery, her post-op images quickly went viral as fans were struck by how much she resembled her father.
Sami decided to transform her look after contemplating it for five years. On August 2, 2024, the OnlyFans star underwent surgery to correct what she referred to as a ‘droopy nose.’
In a TikTok post that has since been deleted, Sami shared her results on August 13, 2024, stating, ‘I’ve wanted a nose job for the past five years.’ She concluded her photo series with heartfelt gratitude, saying, ‘Ahhhh I’m so happy I finally did this 🥲 🎉 thank you for everything @deepakdugarmd you are seriously the best surgeon out there.[sic]’
One fan commented on Sami’s post, noting that with her new nose, she strongly resembled her father. Another follower added, ‘It already looks like such a perfect nose! It will only get better. 👏’
Despite the praise, some users expressed their disapproval. One individual remarked, ‘It’s sad to see these beautiful girls doing this to their face,’ while another commented, ‘Heartbreaking 💔.’
Excited about fulfilling her desire, Sami described her nose prior to surgery as ‘just sooo droopy and too big for my face [sic].’
The 20-year-old noted that she believed her original nose ‘photographed horribly,’ prompting her to edit her photos extensively. After consulting with three different surgeons, she ultimately chose Dr. Deepak Dugar, a Los Angeles plastic surgeon she felt a connection with.
Sami posted a photo on the day of her surgery, along with a detailed map of her journey to Beverly Hills. She expressed, ‘The second I arrived I felt so safe and welcomed [sic].’
Though nervous, Sami was thrilled to finally proceed with her long-desired procedure. Before the surgery, she mentioned she was bidding farewell to her old nose.
After her surgery, she shared an image of herself in a hospital bed, her nose bandaged. She cheerfully wrote, ‘Good morning new nose has arrived [sic].’
Sami reported that the surgery went exceptionally well and was quicker than she anticipated [sic]. However, she experienced significant nausea from the anesthesia and pain medication, similar to her reactions following prior surgery.
Thankful for the nurse’s attention, she mentioned that the nurse provided her with chips and medication to ease her discomfort. Sami’s experience with her surgeon was positive, as he frequently checked on her and brought her phone so she could talk to her mom.
In a post featuring her bandaged face, she stated, ‘It’s only day 2 of recovery but I already feel like a new woman and I’m so so happy I finally got my dream nose [sic].’
On August 15, 2024, Sami posted a brief video with her nose still wrapped up, sharing her regret over canceling her Percocet prescription, as her discomfort hadn’t been as severe. She captioned it, ‘Mind over matter I guess #nosejob [sic].’
Three days post-surgery, Sami detailed her recovery regimen, which included applying ointment to her nostrils five times a day to promote healing.
Additionally, she used Apra Hemp Oil to keep her nose moisturized, along with Arnica to reduce bruising. Sami also mentioned that she applied lip balm as an optional step.
To prevent the ointment and oil from dripping, she wore gauze and a mask over her nose. She also took time to ice her face for 30 minutes to alleviate any pain.
On the third day following the surgery, Sami shared on her Instagram stories that she felt like she had been punched in the face and experienced symptoms resembling a severe sinus infection due to pressure and an inability to blow her nose.
Despite the discomfort, she remained optimistic, stating, ‘It already looks so cute even though it’s swollen and in a cast, so I know this is all so worth it and I can’t wait to see it and take super cute photos with my new nose [sic].’
She also shared a photo taken shortly after her surgery, expressing that while she couldn’t recall capturing the image, her happiness at finally having the nose job was evident.
Clearly, Charlie and Denise’s daughter is maturing and making choices regarding her appearance. Back in 2016, Charlie shared a picture of his lovely family, including a smiling Lola Rose Sheen, and captioned it, ‘a gaggle of awe sum!!’
Upon Sami’s 18th birthday, her mother also took to Instagram to celebrate her, expressing, ‘In a blink of an eye you’re 18…. !!!! Happy Birthday my beautiful Sami. I love you so much.’
Denise Richards conveyed her gratitude in being Sami’s mother, sharing a touching message with photos from Sami’s childhood alongside pictures from her 18th birthday, also noting that her late grandmother would surely be celebrating with her.
